Gordan Družić, F.C.A. was appointed head of the Economic Research Division for a new term of four years starting on April 1, 2019.
The Economic Research Division (formerly Institute) started its operation in 1980. The main activities of the division comprise fundamental theoretical research and the application thereof, macroeconomic analyses, various issues of economic, technological and demographic development, the financial position of primary economic subjects, economic history, and the study of the conditions, structure, and development strategy of the Croatian economy.
In order to carry out the division’s projects, statistical documentation and a reference library have been established. The division collaborates with similar institutions in Croatia and abroad.
