He graduated in 1979 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb (S. Peri\u0107).<br \/>\nFrom 1979 to 1981 he was an associate of the Master Workshop of Professors Ljubo Ivan\u010di\u0107 and Nikola Reiser; From 1978 to 1994 he worked as an assistant professor and is now an associate professor at the Academy of Fine Arts; He is one of the co-founders of the Zagreb art \u201cArteria Gallery\u201d. Vrkljan iz a painter of rapid stylistic changes.<\/p>\n<p>Zlatan Vrkljan attracted the attention of art critics already with his first public appearance, an exhibition at the Vladimir Nazor Gallery in 1978.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, he has been recognized as one of the most authentic phenomena in Croatian painting from the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century.
