Strossmayer in Osijek, and Supervisor of the Department of Food Technology (2005-2007 ; 2009-2014).<\/p>\n<p>As a Professor of numerous of courses, at her faculty and other faculties (in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina), she has taught many undergraduate and post-graduate courses related to the food technology, fruit and vegetable processing and preservation, raw material of vegetative origin, food chemistry, development of new food products, rapid methods for detection in food, waste management in food industry, management in agribusiness.<\/p>\n<p>For educational purposes she has issued, as a co-author, one book for students.<\/p>\n<p>She was supervisor for 63 diploma degree holders (B.
