At the end of 2010, he was elected to the position of Early Stage Researcher in the Marie Curie Initial Training Network and employed\u00a0 by the Naturalis Biodiversity Centre in the Netherlands. He received his Doctorate in 2014 from the Faculty of Geosciences at the Utrecht University.<br \/>\nAt the end of 2014, he was employed by CGG Robertson in the UK as part of a geo-consulting team as aa stratigrapher\/micropaleontologist. In mid-2018, he returned to \u010cakovec, where he continued to provide a consulting services in the field of hydrocarbon exploration.
